As Managing Director of Lakeside Acquisitions, Joe leads the due diligence and closing processes and assists on all offer negotiations for each transaction. Joe works directly with buyers and sellers, as well as their respective accountants, attorneys, lenders, and consultants to ensure each deal closes quickly and efficiently. Joe’s attention to detail, project management expertise, and command of complicated negotiations, as well as his vast M&A experience across an array of industries, ensures a smooth closing process for our clients. Joe began his career at a mid-sized Chicago law firm, with a focus on commercial leasing, financial services, and corporate transactions. Prior to joining Lakeside Acquisitions, Joe served as the VP of Operations at a Chicago-based M&A advisory firm where he closed over 150 deals in his 10+ year tenure.
