Kelsey serves as VP of Operations responsible for overseeing all of Lakeside Acquisitions’ processes and procedures, including office management, client relations, marketing, and internal administration. She assists with Business Valuations and specializes in organizational processes to ensure every transaction and communication with Lakeside is as efficient and smooth as possible. With a background in both finance and marketing, Kelsey formerly served as the Director of Business for a Chicago-based management firm, where she was responsible for all financial and business processes. Prior to that role, she worked for a Fortune 500 company where she managed strategy for a multi-million dollar sales effort.
