Matt Hillin is a Senior M&A Advisor at Lakeside Acquisitions, focused on advising clients in the oil & gas, waste & recycling, manufacturing, construction, and other industrial & commercial services industries. Throughout his career, Matt has been an advisor or principal on over 25 transactions totaling over $11B in aggregate value, and he brings a diverse mix of transactional, strategic, and operational experience to best advise his clients. Prior to joining Lakeside, Matt was VP of Corporate Development for a high-growth waste service and technology company, and previously served in the corporate development group of a Fortune 200 waste management company. Additionally, Matt was an investment banker at two globally recognized investment banks and began his career as an engineer designing and constructing infrastructure for the energy and aerospace & defense industries. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Rice University.
