Matt personally oversees all client engagements at Lakeside Acquisitions to gain a thorough understanding of each business we represent in order to maximize sale proceeds and deal terms for our clients. Prior to founding Lakeside, Matt was a Senior M&A Advisor at a boutique M&A Advisory firm for 5+ years where he represented sellers and buyers in an array of industries. Matt was also previously the Director of M&A at a publicly traded waste management company with a $6B market cap.
