Lakeside Acquisitions is pleased to announce the sale of TOGO Disposal, Inc. (“TOGO Disposal”) to GFL Environmental (“GFL”), which closed on April 1st, 2026. TOGO Disposal, owned by Cory Guy, is a locally owned commercial waste and recycling collection business in Milwaukee, WI. With the addition of TOGO Disposal, GFL will continue to expand their geographic footprint throughout the state of Wisconsin.
TOGO Disposal engaged Lakeside Acquisitions to lead and execute the complete transaction process, with Lakeside serving as the exclusive M&A advisor. Lakeside’s niche focus and expertise in the waste and recycling industry helped provide invaluable insights and facilitate negotiations on behalf of TOGO Disposal to ensure a successful outcome. The specific financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
