Lakeside Acquisitions is pleased to announce the sale of Clean Earth Sanitation, LLC (“Clean Earth”) to Arrow Waste (“Arrow”) backed by Carr’s Hill Capital Partners Management, LP (“Carr’s Hill Partners”). Clean Earth, owned by Tony Carder, is one of the fastest growing residential and commercial waste and recycling collection businesses in Georgia. The geographical alignment with Clean Earth will allow Arrow to expand their existing waste collection footprint into additional central Georgia counties.
Clean Earth engaged Lakeside Acquisitions to lead and execute the complete transaction process, with Lakeside serving as the exclusive M&A advisor throughout the duration of the deal, which closed on September 11th, 2024. Lakeside’s niche focus and expertise in the waste and recycling industry helped provide invaluable insights and facilitate negotiations on behalf of Clean Earth to ensure a successful outcome. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
