Pink Dumpsters is one of the fastest growing dumpster rental businesses in southeastern Wisconsin. With the addition of Pink Dumpsters, Pellitteri will continue to expand its geographic density throughout Wisconsin.
Pink Dumpsters engaged Lakeside Acquisitions to lead and execute the complete transaction process, with Lakeside serving as the exclusive M&A advisor. Lakeside’s niche focus and expertise in the waste and recycling industry helped provide invaluable insights and facilitate negotiations on behalf of Pink Dumpsters to ensure a successful outcome. The specific financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
