Site Services, owned by Michael McCall, is one of the fastest growing dumpster rental businesses in the Outer Banks. With the addition of Site Services, Atlantic will continue to expand their growing waste offerings and geographic density throughout North Carolina and Virginia.

Site Services engaged Lakeside Acquisitions to lead and execute the complete transaction process, with Lakeside serving as the exclusive M&A advisor throughout the duration of the deal, which closed on December 6th, 2024. Lakeside’s niche focus and expertise in the waste and recycling industry helped provide invaluable insights and facilitate negotiations on behalf of Site Services to ensure a successful outcome.
